At Black Ninja Design, we want you to be fully satisfied with your stealth-inspired gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original garment bags and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed without delay.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
